How to submit your idea for a Paper and general Guidelines If you are interested in presenting your Paper to the 21st European conference for ESRI Users in Athens, please remember that: Ø You must be an authorized ESRI software user or an official Business Partner. Ø The same company or department within an organization can submit no more than three (3) abstracts. Ø The title of the paper cannot be longer than 10 words. Ø Abstract should have 200 – 250 words. Ø Paper submissions and presentations must be in English. Ø The title and the abstract of the paper should be send by email to marathon@otenet.gr in MSword format or submit your paper online. Ø Available time for presentations will be assigned on a “first-call –first served” basis Notice: Ø The deadline for submitting an abstract is August 20, 2006 Ø The deadline for submitting a paper is September 20, 2006 Ø Conference Registration is required We require that all presenters register for the European Conference by October 31, 2006. The acceptance to present a paper does not register you for the Conference and appropriate fees are required.
