Η Esri ανακοίνωσε την παροχή της τεχνολογίας ArcGIS για χρήση από developers ως Platform As A Service (PaaS).
Στις 27 Ιανουαρίου 2021 | 8–9 a.m. (PST) η Esri διοργάνωσε virtual event με θέμα:
«Esri Product Launch Event»
κατά τη διάρκεια του οποίου παρουσιάστηκε η νέα πλατφόρμα των location services, με ανανεωμένες δυνατότητες όπως: rich mapping, authoritative data, optimized routing, worldwide geocoding services ενώ ταυτόχρονα εκπρόσωποι κορυφαίων εταιρειών τεχνολογίας και developers που χρησιμοποιούν ήδη τα Esri’s location services παρουσίασαν εφαρμογές με τη χρήση της πλατφόρμας.
